The 2013 main line Poppy Parker dolls were debuted in a webinar event on March 30, 2013. It featured a set of five dolls that represented different countries/regions: India, Polynesia, Japan, Switzerland and Spain. The multi-ethnic theme was reflective of the overall theme for this year's Poppy collection: The 1964-65 World's Fair held in New York City.
Spain had forward-facing grey eyes with eyeshadow in neutral beige tones. She had a single-winged "cat eye" eye screening with painted bottom lashes and applied upper lashes. Her lips were a deep coral red, and her hair a light brown/dark blonde ponytail pulled off to one side. She was the only doll in her collection to utilize Integrity Toys' "Caucasian" skintone, which is the skintone most of the Poppy Parkers have sported up until this point.
Her lacy black outfit was Spanish-influenced, with a ruffled blouse with elbow-length sleeves over a black lace pencil skirt. She had a matching black straw hat, a black clutch with colorful floral embroidery; gold hoop earrings; a ruby ring and black pumps.
